Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders placed with Ninjaplast's webshop at www.ninjaplast.se (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop), and cover all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Ninjaplast AB, hereinafter referred to as Ninjaplast. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before placing an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, so we ask you to read the terms and conditions before each order you place in the Webshop.
General
A binding purchase is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Ninjaplast AB to the email address you provided. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, it may result in a delayed delivery. In such cases, your package will be sent when the item is back in stock. We may then suggest an alternative item or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. Ninjaplast reserves the right to decline or cancel purchase agreements in case of suspected fraud or other actions resembling fraud, such as unauthorized use of another person's credit card. To place an order in the Webshop, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Ninjaplast assumes that minors who make purchases on www.ninjaplast.se provide truthful information about their age and/or have the necessary consent from their guardian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may be responsible for any costs an invalid agreement may entail.
Order
To shop at Ninjaplast, you place an order at www.ninjaplast.se. If you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service, which is available Monday to Friday. On public holidays, our customer service is closed, and response times may be slightly longer.
Stopping an Order
Our order process is very fast and involves several departments. The quick handling is necessary for us to be able to deliver to all our customers with fast delivery, and we therefore cannot stop a completed order. If you have questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
Prices
Prices at Ninjaplast are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT but do not include shipping costs. Shipping is added to orders under 599 SEK.
We reserve the right for any errors in price and/or product information. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct them afterwards, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Payment
Ninjaplast offers various payment solutions at checkout, such as Klarna. The total amount for your order is displayed on the checkout page. By clicking 'Complete Purchase,' you accept Ninjaplast's and Klarna's terms and conditions. If you have questions about payment via Klarna, please contact Klarna at klarna.se/kundservice.
Delivery
On the checkout page, you can choose between different shipping methods. The shipping methods you can choose from are based on where you live and which items you want to purchase. We usually process your order within one day on non-holiday weekdays. If you have chosen a shipping service where your order is left outside the door or in your mailbox, you are responsible for the package from the moment the carrier/driver has left the package.
You, as a customer, are responsible for providing the correct information when placing an order. Also, make sure that your name is on the mailbox, door, or in the stairwell, so that it can be delivered if you have chosen delivery to the mailbox or home delivery.
Please note that you must provide correct and complete information in your order as Ninjaplast cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. You, as the buyer, are responsible for any delivery errors due to insufficient information, incorrect name, delivery address, or incorrect mobile number in your order.

Please note that if the product is purchased via one of our resellers and you wish to make a complaint about the item, you need to contact the store where you purchased the product.
Damaged Products
Ninjaplast ensures that all products are carefully inspected through our quality control procedures before they are sent to our customers. We work hard to avoid the occurrence of damage or defects in our products. If you discover that an item is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the current item, if a new one is available, or refund the price of the item. If a new item is not available, you will get back the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are encouraged to always inspect your received products upon delivery and report any discrepancies from your order to us as soon as possible. We will refund you as soon as possible once the returned item has been received by Ninjaplast, and we have determined that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The money will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with your credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
Product Use & Warranties
Always read usage advice on the product label and product information under each product on www.ninjaplast.se.
Always test on a small area to ensure the material is not damaged or discolored.
Note that the combination of material, type of stain/dirt, time to treatment, and reaction time is highly individual and varies. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the outcome of our products will be the same for everyone as the conditions vary.
We also recommend contacting your supplier of the product to be cleaned/treated to ask for care advice for that material before using our products.
Ninjaplast AB is not responsible for any damage caused in connection with the use of our products.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Ninjaplast may change the terms and conditions in these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions that apply at the time of purchase are those that apply to the purchase.
