Delivery

At Ninjaplast, we do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Our ambition is that all orders placed before 12:00 on non-holiday weekdays containing only stock items will be packed and shipped the same day or at the latest the following weekday.

Please note that you must provide correct and complete information in your order as Ninjaplast cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. You, as the buyer, are responsible for any delivery errors due to insufficient information, incorrect delivery address, or incorrect mobile number in your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that this does not include warehouse handling time.

1 working day to postal codes under 850 00 (south of Sundsvall, excluding Gotland)

2 working days to postal codes over 850 00 in or around urban areas and the whole of Gotland.

3-4 working days to postal codes over 850 00 in rural areas or with rural mail delivery.

PostNord Collection Point (MyPack Collect), 1-2 days

  • Environmentally friendly delivery to the PostNord service point you choose.
  • Estimated delivery time 1–2 weekdays.
  • Track the delivery in the PostNord app.
  • Some parcel lockers are located outdoors and are accessible 24 hours a day.
  • For collection from a Parcel Box, the PostNord app is required.

Your package will be delivered to PostNord's collection point. You will be notified via the app, SMS, or email when the package is available for collection. The person collecting the shipment from the service point must show valid identification and the arrival notification.

Track Your Package

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email address. In the delivery confirmation, there is a tracking link that you can click on to track your shipment.

If you have not received a notification that the package has arrived but see via the tracking link that the package has arrived at the agent, you can collect the package with the parcel ID/tracking number/serial number and identification.

At the Agent

To collect your shipment, you need your identification and the number found in the SMS or email notification.

Remember that you must always be able to show identification when collecting a package. Only the person whose name is on the package can collect it from the agent. The name in the order and on the ID card must match.

The shipment remains at the postal agent/box for about 7 days before it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the costs for shipping and handling if the package is not collected, the cost for this is 199 SEK for uncollected packages. Shipping is not refunded.

The carriers may choose another agent if the chosen agent's shelf is full. We cannot change the recipient information after the shipment has left our warehouse. In case of incorrect/incomplete address, the shipment is returned to us for a fee of 199 SEK.

Delivery Delay

Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen delays occur along the way or due to temporarily out-of-stock items.

To certain parts of Norrland and Gotland, packages are delivered with a delay of one or a few days, which is not always included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a full right of withdrawal for 30 days after you have received the item if you are not satisfied. To return a product, it must be unused, and all labels and accessories must be intact.

You are responsible for the item until we have received it.

When we have registered the return with us, we will notify you via email or automatically refund the amount. The inventory cost is 199 SEK and is deducted from the refund. Shipping is not refunded.

Invoice adjustments are handled by Klarna.

Complaints

Does your item not match the description or is it damaged?

Contact us here with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of your case
  • Photo of the product if damage has occurred, this is to be entitled to a refund or new delivery

Please note that the complaint period is 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

Together we will agree on how to resolve the issue.

Uncollected Package

Your package usually remains in the box or at the agent for about 7 days and must be collected during that period from the time you receive a notification from your collection point or SMS notification. If you do not collect the package within the allotted time, it will be sent back to Ninjaplast, and you will be charged 199 SEK for the return cost. Shipping is not refunded.

This also applies to incorrect address details that result in the package not being delivered and sent back in return.

Have you not received a notification about your delivery or have you been waiting a long time for your package? It is usually because the wrong phone number or email has been provided when ordering, and the notification does not reach the correct number.
