Shipping policy

Delivery

At Ninjaplast, we do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Our ambition is that all orders placed before 12:00 on non-holiday weekdays containing only stock items will be packed and shipped the same day or at the latest the following weekday.

Please note that you must provide correct and complete information in your order as Ninjaplast cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. You, as the buyer, are responsible for any delivery errors due to insufficient information, incorrect delivery address, or incorrect mobile number in your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

(Please note that this does not include warehouse handling time.)

We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Stockholm, so delivery times will be decided by which carrier is being used, and which country your order is going to.

Tracking

Once we have packed the parcel and started the shipping procedure you will receive an email with the tracking number. Just follow the link in the email to see your delivery status, or use the services with each carrier:

If you have not received a notification that the package has arrived but see via the tracking link that the package has arrived at the agent, you can collect the package with the parcel ID/tracking number/serial number and identification.

 

At the Agent

All of our shipments go to a collection point near you (which also is defined with company name and address in your tracking email).

To collect your shipment, you might need your identification and the number found in the email notification.

Remember that you must always be able to show identification when collecting a package. Only the person whose name is on the package can collect it from the agent. The name in the order and on the ID card must match.

The shipment remains at the postal agent/box for about 7 days before it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the costs for shipping and handling if the package is not collected, the cost for this is €29 for uncollected packages. Shipping is not refunded.

The carriers may choose another agent if the chosen agent's shelf is full. We cannot change the recipient information after the shipment has left our warehouse. In case of incorrect/incomplete address, the shipment is returned to us for a fee of €29

Delivery Delay

Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen delays occur along the way or due to temporarily out-of-stock items.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a full right of withdrawal for 30 days after you have received the item if you are not satisfied. To return a product, it must be unused, and all labels and accessories must be intact.

You are responsible for the item until we have received it.

To make a return, contact us first at inquiries@ninjaplast.se.

When we have registered the return with us, we will notify you via email or automatically refund the amount. The inventory cost is €19 and is deducted from the refund. Shipping is not refunded.

Invoice adjustments are handled by Klarna or Shopify.

Complaints

Does your item not match the description or is it damaged?

Contact us here with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of your case
  • Photo of the product if damage has occurred, this is to be entitled to a refund or new delivery

Please note that the complaint period is 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

Together we will agree on how to resolve the issue.

Uncollected Package

Your package usually remains in the box or at the agent for about 7 days and must be collected during that period from the time you receive a notification from your collection point or SMS notification. If you do not collect the package within the allotted time, it will be sent back to Ninjaplast, and you will be charged €29 for the return cost. Shipping is not refunded.

This also applies to incorrect address details that result in the package not being delivered and sent back in return.

Have you not received a notification about your delivery, or have you been waiting a long time for your package? It is usually because the wrong phone number or email has been provided when ordering, and the notification does not reach the correct number. Please contact us on inquiries@ninjaplast.se.
